Affiliated to Nanning Baling Technology CO., Ltd., Nanning Baling Technology CO., Ltd. Test Center (hereinafter referred to the test center) was founded in October, 2004. As an opening-up platform in field of heat exchanger industry, the test center can provide paid services for heat rejection performance for the internal combustion engine radiator, charge air cooler and heater& blower.
While meeting relevant heat exchanger standards of our country and industry, the test center is equipped with series of advanced testing facilities, from home and abroad, for the product performance and reliability tests of heat exchanger. Among them, the heat flow wind tunnel test bench for radiator and charge air cooler, manufactured by TESCOR INC. is a representative. Thus the center is capable to carry out the testing items listed below.

The test center has built a quality management system since July 1,2008 in accordance with the accreditation criteria for the CNAS-CL01:2006（ISO/IEC 17025-2005）the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. On October 11, 2010, the center has got a certificate for CNAS Laboratories Accreditation.
Accredited by CNAS, the test center strictly accomplishes each testing task timely with scientific attitude, fair stand, and standardization. As one of the first-class public service platforms for the performance test in domestic automobile heat exchanger manufacturing industries, the test center will continue to make greater contribution in boosting the technology advancement and development of automobile heat exchanger in western China.
